Tenant Services/Fees
All tenants are fully referenced at a non-refundable fee of £50 per adult, we do accept tenants who claim benefits but you will need to provide a suitable guarantor, and the landlord of each individual property must agree.
We require a deposit which is equivalent to one month's rent and one months rent in advance payable at the latest the day your tenancy starts.
Your deposit will be lodged with The Deposit Protection Service.

Tenant Find and Management of a Property
Fee is equal to one weeks rent and 10% of monthly rental income
Tenant Find Only Service
Fee is equal to 2 weeks rent
Landlords are required to obtain a Gas Safety Certficate (if the property has a gas supply) and a Energy Performance Certificate. We can recommend companies to do either of these.
